• Work exclusively with warm, inbound leads -no cold calling, door-knocking, or MLM
• Deliver top-notch customer service and handle policy follow-ups professionally
• Complete required training and obtain your state life insurance license (we'll guide you through it)
• Set and manage your own schedule while aligning with team objectives
• Uphold integrity, honesty, and a client-first approach in every interaction

What We're Looking For

• No prior insurance experience required-comprehensive training provided
• Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with virtual tools and remote work environments
