Overall Purpose The Business Recovery Analyst manages the Business Continuity Management Program, ensuring operational resilience and data recovery processes are effective and documented. Essential Functions Assist in planning, oversight, and documentation of the Business Continuity Program. Maintain departmental Business Recovery Plans and IT Technical Recovery Plans. Ensure organization can respond to and recover from data disruptions efficiently. Identify technology vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies. Support testing of data recovery plans to ensure effectiveness. Enhance and standardize recovery processes across applications and units. Ensure compliance with security policies to maintain data confidentiality and integrity. Minimum Qualifications 4-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Experience in BCP and Disaster Recovery planning. Knowledge of system failure analysis and technology compliance. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of industry standards and ITIL framework. Certifications like ABCP or CBCP preferred. Experience in financial industry operations. Physical Requirements Office environment, primarily sedentary, with computer use and occasional physical activity. Compensation In Phoenix, AZ/Chicago, IL: $90,000 - $115,000; in NY/San Francisco: $100,000 - $125,000, plus incentives and benefits.
