At Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty - Kerr Team in Oklahoma City Metro, we are looking for an enthusiastic Open House Host/Hostess to join our team. With an hourly range of $15 - $18, you will be an integral part of showcasing our properties to potential buyers. Your role will involve creating a positive and welcoming environment for visitors, assisting with property tours, and asking questions to identify other individuals ready to move. If you have a passion for working with people and enjoy interacting with people, this position is perfect for you. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome potential home buyers as they arrive at the open house
• Provide tours of the property, highlighting key features and answering any questions from visitors
• Assist in setting up and taking down signs, banners, and other marketing materials for the event
• Ensure the house is locked upon completion of the open house
• Specific availability for only a 2 to 4-hour period, either Saturday or Sunday

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work weekends
• Ability to travel across the Metro
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
• Ability to work with the team
• Does NOT require a real estate license
