Job Summary Full-time position at 40 hours/week. Under guidance from the Principal Investigator, the candidate will perform activities related to the Care for America’s Aging study. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting with study logistics; recruitment and enrollment; coordinating communication via phone, email, and written correspondence; implementing and maintaining quality assurance procedures; supporting database management; performing data cleaning and organization; data analysis; generating reports; assisting with statistical analyses and data programming; and supporting presentations, conference abstracts, and manuscripts. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science required. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of directly related work experience. Supervisory Responsibility (if applicable): A Clinical Research Coordinator II involves some supervisory responsibilities and may assist with training and orientation of new staff members. Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required Must possess strong analytical and organizational skills and conceptual thinking. Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in research activities. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including with laypersons and older participants. Ability to follow directions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Problem-solving skills and solution development. High computer literacy, including data management, statistical software, data cleaning, organization, programming, and troubleshooting e-communications technologies (e.g., tablets). Professionalism and respect for participants’ rights and needs.
