We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various kitchen cabinet installation techniques . Need a stronge background in cabinet refacing. This role involves working on-site to install a variety of structures and fixtures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Installation Technician will collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install cabinets, refacing of cabinets, and other structures according to specifications and blueprints.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various installation tasks.
• Installation of crown molding, toekick, light rail various types of trim.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in construction painting and frame carpentry tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in installation work or related construction fields.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools is essential.
• Knowledge of kitchen remodeling and cabinet refacing is preferred.
• Familiarity with crown molding, cabinet installation, refacing, finish carpentry is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as required.
