Job Description

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought for an immediate contract position in Spokane, WA, within a K-12 educational setting. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on students' lives through the application of behavior analytic principles and practices.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working in K-12 educational environments
• Strong skills in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Proficient in developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams

Location: Spokane, WA

Responsibilities:

• Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to RBTs and support staff
• Conduct observations and assessments to evaluate student behaviors
• Develop comprehensive behavioral plans tailored to individual student needs
• Lead IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and parents to ensure holistic support
• Write detailed reports documenting assessments, interventions, and student progress
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training
