We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Accounting Consultant to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional to leverage their expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance, improving accounting processes, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. You will play a critical role in driving financial success by working closely with various departments to streamline processes and improve financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring all business transactions are recorded.
• Conduct bank reconciliations regularly to ensure all transactions are accounted for and properly posted.
• Lead special projects related to financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with various departments to analyze financial data and improve financial performance.
• Provide strategic financial guidance based on thorough analysis and projections.
• Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and policies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
